"Had a reservation. Took 40 minutes just to get drinks. When we complained they said it was busy and they were short staffed. It was 6:30, not even peak hours, and the place wasn’t even near full. Not even an apology. All drafts were broken and the manager didn’t even know until we told her. Her actual response “I’ve been in Florida all week and I just got back today”. One basket of “complimentary” chips for 7 people seriously. Appetizers took over an hour. Food was an hour plus. Ribs were tough and I could barely pry the meat off the bone. Brisket was dry too. Had to beg for drink refills. Server and manager couldn’t have cared less. Nothing like the Famous Dave’s we used to visit frequently in Minnesota. My advice go somewhere else."
