"I worked here for almost 2 weeks just to have my hours cut for calling out ONE DAY! And for those who say it is 100% my fault because they love the staff and atmosphere and can?t disagree with a mistake, you should do your evaluation of the owner? I still like some of the food and it?s employees don?t get me wrong, but cutting an employees hours who?s on the books and giving them 0 hours for a whole month is dead wrong. I will take accountability for my mishap?s or whatever but avoiding messages and chances to reach out isn?t how an establishment should work. Not to mention that they hired someone behind me after my hours got cut that is doing a similar job as I was?"
