"Waste of money and time. First of all the carne asada fries were burnt and had weird seasoning on the meat. Also my guacamole was BROWN and disgusting!!!!!! My husband?s chicken strips were so over cooked and hard to eat too. Never coming back. This was the last straw! Lost my appetite for sure."

"We arrived Christmas Eve after11:30pm. One meal was a chicken sandwich with side. After her second bite, she saw a dark brown piece of hair. That's not the worst of it. The women manager after we informed her said it wasn't her cooks hair. We never said it was the cooks. We only said, there's a piece of hair in the plate. Just wanted to let her know."

"Richies once again lives up to being my favorite restaurants in the Valley. Both locations are awesome. Food is great, always fresh tasting, and doesn't take long to get to your table. The serve staff is all professional, and you can tell they are treated well, because I've seen many of them working there for years. As far as COVID precautions go, they have ample outdoor space, well covered, and well spaced out, plus all staff is wearing masks. Long story short, if you're looking for diner food in the valley, Richies should be your answer, both at the Murrieta Hot Springs location, and the Temecula Parkway location."
