"Love love the chili cheese fries. Burger were good but could use a little bit more seasoning. Vanilla shake was yummy. Service was amazing. The ladies at the counter were courteous and we had a couple people come check up on us to make sure all was good. It was also quick service."

"We like to come here for a family dinner. it is very easy with a larger group, since everyone goes through the line to order food and it is easy to configure sitting places. that eating is good and I was happy that they now give them a few more fries to go with their meal. it is also good for those who need to be gluten-free with various options and well-marked. I hope the supplier can make the healthier options for soda soon, or maybe they will switch them with something else until they can. it would be nice if they could also have a possibility of regular sweet tea."

"First time at Red Robin for myself and the wife, our order: The mushroom Swiss burger sweet potato fries, The madlove burger regular steak fries. Water with Lemon. Bill was $36 after tip. The good: Both orders of bottomless fries were fresh, hot, had good texture, and well seasoned (their seasoning mix in the shaker on the table is great). The waiter was nice and quick. Large burger menu with diverse selection. My burger was ordered medium rare, and came out cooked as ordered. Restaurant seemed clean with a nice atmosphere. The bad: Burger patties were lukewarm, the mushrooms on the Swiss burger were cold and had no caramelization or char. Cheese on both burgers was not melted or warm. Burger buns were not brioche as stated in menu, both buns were soggy from sauces or moisture from burger. Burgers patties seemed to be overly processed (as if the meat was pressed tightly in a mold after being too finely ground). Slightly better than fast food burgers but far more expensive, and no where near as good as most gourmet or craft burger joints. I probably won?t be going back, I am regretting have provided my phone# and email to them for their rewards program."

"Ordered the Smashburger Classic and smash tots online. When my order arrived saw that the tots were less than half full. Called the store and they informed you only receive 15-18 tots (so they count the tots) Weird and I will not be ordering again but will definitely go for the fries. 4 stars for burger, manager customer service and the cooks!!"
