"Well, it started as Sunday evening with customers and an employee. Within 30 min, another 4 people went in. The tables were peeled and greasy, service wS extremely slow because it cooks and take orders and money, no hand washing between...between. It ended with two of us with stomach cramps and Queenasiness both had the train pig. It was my second time and it was our last visit"

"I live in belleville ont. when I went yesterday to burger king (1 juli 2022) I made a purchase total $12.00 on a monthly ground I spend approx. $50.00 to 60.00 in this one business. I usually don't waste my time filling out. her entry for a free hamburger, but yesterday I had a free time to do so. I came to her website and tried to fill out the computer form for a free hamburger. I tried three times. much to my chagrin I was denied access. the website said they had filled the number of interviewed with burgers so that my access to this page was denied. I eat them all the time. wendy's just on the road."

"Firstly, why is this place even on the Open Table App for reservations? Every time we reserve and show up, they never have our reservation and act like we have two heads.During our most recent visit on Friday we nearly froze to death. They sat us right next to the waiting area and every time the door opened, the minus wind chill came in and froze us. My parents who are senior citizens had to eat with their winter coats on and were still cold. A good hostess would have recognized their age and placed us away from the immediate cold air.Our food was pretty good although it was slow in arriving and some meals were slightly warm at best. Our waitress was quite grumpy and we all noticed as she slammed our extra plates onto the table. She had to be reminded about drink refills as well. The only time she seemed pleasant was when we were paying.This Swiss Chalet has certainly taken a nose dive in quality. We’ve been coming here since it originally opened but our visits are becoming less frequent due to the poor service. It’s a shame because when the food and service are as we expect we really enjoy dining here"
