"I always thought the only fix for a bad day was an unhealthy amount of ice cream to drowned the pain in diabetes. Turns out exceptional customer service is just as effective in brightening your day. I need to apologize because I forgot his name, the assistant manager here, I believe it was Isaiah? (Will update accordingly) this man needs to be running this place by the time I come back. I walked up to the counter broken hearted and beaten by a rough day and when he asked how it was going, I thought for moment and said “awful, that’s why I’m here.” He smiled and said that I’ve come to the right place and he couldn’t have been more correct! I placed my usual order and thought to myself “I need more”. Now, the custom order I was about to place, I’ve tried to place in the past to no avail, employees “weren’t allowed”. Now, I was never asking for mountains to be moved, just a little combination of two magical items…let’s call it, The Split-Fection. Isaiah smiled and said, “yeah man, I can do that….what if we add (secret step)” and had to take pause, not only did he not hesitate to create this delicious custom order but he even thought of a way to make it better! This right here, this is true customer service. Within a minute, my order was ready to go and I happily sunk into a seat ready to wash away my sadness. But I realized, this simple interaction with such an outstanding employee already made me feel better and the ice cream, as amazing as it was, was no longer needed to make me smile…but I ate every bite regardless because it was pure art! So DQ, you keep this man or board and see that he’s well looked after, he’s a dying breed of people that still care about their job and knows what to actually offer the customer for a truly good experience."

"Meat and deli is good, and they make some of their own products. However, non meat items are quite generic. Food service has potential as the Burger had a nice char but then bun was cold and pulled pork was microwaved meat and placed on hotdog bun with not much else. Could be a real winner if the food quality matched the overall rating."

"Visiting Kelowna and based our choice on TA reviews. First time I called to place our order, there was no "hello" or anything - just clicked onto hold. Tried again in about 30 mins and unfortunately got through. The delivery girl was very pleasant, but the pizza was not good. Classic - burnt, greasy and horrible. Should have called Dominos!"

"I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the eggs Benny. One thing that always throws me for a loop about eggs on the west coast is how whitish yellow the yolks are. The music was really great and the service was pleasant and quick. Coffee refills came quick. I asked for my eggs Benny to be medium and they were perfectly medium so that's really good cuz you don't always get that. There was a relatively small smattering of fried potatoes that came with the order but a lot of times I find the amount of potatoes I get are too many so this worked out just fine. With an 18% tip everything came to $17.50"

"45 minutes stuck in a lineup in the drive through between 11pm and 1145. Didn't lose my cool on the staff as they only had one person back of house and 1 person running front till bit whomever manages this location needs to exercise some better judgement. Way under staffed on the night before Canada day. At least 10 other people experienced this fiasco on the night of June 30th. I really have to point out that they should have turned out the lights and sign and put a note up apologizing for understaffing and any inconvenience rather then have us herded like cattle in the drive through with no way to get out. Horrible service. Burger King is a fast food joint as everyone knows, and the quality, prices, portion sizes have all been moving in the wrong direction to line corporate coffers and now they can't staff there locations? Spend your dollars elsewhere...they should have comped every meal that went through last night. I don't even consider it real food anyways and neither should anyone reading this. Done with my rant..... They get an absolute 0"

"Best Burger Ever. I LOVE the classic burger! Even though it's not a homemade patty it's one damn good burger. It's the only thing I ever order when we go there and my friends that I have dragged there agree whole heartedly! LOL"
