"Food is NOT GREAT NOR GOOD. We a party of 9. All our beans had zero salt. And cold. The supposedly hand made tortillas were ridiculous thick. More like a sope yes. I guarantee it's no a mexican making them. The fajitas were 80 percent veggies and 20 percent meat. This restaurant can't be any cheaper. I asked for a chile toriado it came almost at the end. The kids burritos are actually taco flour tortillas the smallest there can be in the grocery store. It was my birthday and was brought a old and saggy taste piece of cheesecake. The conclusion is that there cheap and don't care about quality. THEY Go around to fill plates.. to profit. The waiter didn't even come to see if okay or if we needed anything. Oh but they sure put their own gratitude on the bill even do the service was the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT."

"It was my first time there!!! I got the chichen sandwich with Avocado on the side along with super cookie shake!! It was mind blowing!!! Staff helped me out since it was my first time, I will definitely go back again!!! Even garlic fries were the best fries I ever had!!!"

"I ordered here last night from DoorDash, spent $45 on the food was ready fast dasher was here super quick. Where the food was being delivered was not even 5 minutes from Jack when I received my food everything was definitely super hot!Sadly opening both bags , the monster taco order was poorly packaged , oily then usual , the spicy Jack chicken wrap was poorly put together as well at my BUTTERYJACK BURGER! Looked like whoever was handling it was super rough … I was hungry , door dashed because being busy so I didn’t have time to take no pictures. But compared to Jack In the Box in Novato on RedWood Blvd, I have gon multiple times , this presentation was horrible made me not enjoy the food at all."
