"This restaurant has 2 locations one in Boulder and this one in Louisville. Reviewing this location in Louisville is like reviewing a different restaurant! This is definitely the superior location and I?m glad we tried it in spite of my underwhelming experience at the other location. The staff here was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The wait was longer than usual so they offered a cookie. They also will accommodate any modifications or requests. With one of the staffs suggestions, My partner created a sandwich so good he said it was ?top 5 sandwiches he has ever had?. 3 people behind him ordered the exact same. (Get the grilled prosciutto pesto sandwich and substitute turkey for the meat and add extra cheddar on top. Perfection. 10/10 will definitely be back to this location to try more different sandwiches!"
