"Eating is always great, but the service is really terrible. it is not only in one place, but almost every time we visit (which is often because there are not many similar food options in our opposite). there was even a visit that I didn't get my food! I ordered my meal together with my wife and my son. they brought the meals for my wife and my son, but they told me that mine would soon be out. my wife and my son were halfway finished with their dinner when I was told they didn't have steak (I ordered a steak wrap) and asked if anything else would want. we were there almost 1 hour and almost finished with my family, there was no reason I could eat my dinner there. the problem was wiped as if it didn't matter to them. it often seems that we are sitting on a table and watching that the employees are passing by us several times without approaching our table or even greeting us at all. it is a sweat with my wife how long we will sit there without service."

"We called ahead and were told there was no wait. That was surprising since it was about 6pm on the first day of March Madness. When we got there, we were told it was going to be at least a 45 minute wait, even though the dining room was at about 10% of capacity. Literally nearly every table in the main room was empty, but they said their party room was full. They blamed the wait on being short staffed.I know times are tough with staffing, but I can 't imagine the level of mismanagement it takes to not have proper staffing in a sports oriented restaurant on the first night of March Madness. What was really annoying is they kept sending out huge to-go orders, but wouldn 't let us sit or place an order. I feel they should stop taking those orders and take care of the people that show up at their establishment, if they have to choose. Many people just left when they were told of the wait when they could see like 30 empty tables. They lost a lot of business tonight.On the plus side, once we finally did get seated, our server was very good and the food came out much quicker than we expected.It was just very disappointing how the evening started, and I 'm starting to feel that BWW has some bigger issues based on this experience plus my experiences over the last 6 months at our local restaurant back in VA. I 'm at a point where I just don 't know if I want to bother going back."

"Ordered delivery through bww website-food arrived late and cold. Ordered onion rings and cheese curds which were inedible at that point. Thw boxes had sauce all on the outside.. The chicken wrap had the wrong sauce on it and the dry rub wings weren't spun so most didn't even have rub on them. We ordered drinks and carrots which we didn't get. Tried to contact the manager who was conveniently out of the store and corporate basically just said sorry about that without making it right."
