"Excellent burger. I visited the place because it was around the corner of the hotel, but it turned out such a pleasant surprise. Great cook on the burger, crispy bacon and the potato wages as they should be (crispy on the outside and soft in the inside). The ingredients are fresh and you can see they put care in serving. Stuff very friendly is a plus. I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail (fruit bomb I think) which tasted a bit artifical, but it may be because I am use to fresh tropical fruits. All in all great!"

"Really nice place to take a delicious dinner. We ordered Mozzarella finger Gorgonzola pizza and apple cake and everything was really delicious. Also the employees are nice people and take care of us"

"Huge restaurant located in the cellar of the town hall. They have been around since the early so they must be doing something right. The food is typical German and have many local dishes from the north. The food is good without any high...notes. The service was good. The atmosphere is very nice and is probably the main attraction. I can’t help feeling that this place is somewhat of a tourist trap."

"Wir hatten zu viert das 'Menu' bestehend aus fast allen Tapas plus beliebige Nachbestellungen um ca. 18 € pP. Besonders gut die gefüllten Datteln mit Bacon umwickelt, die Käsebällchen, Lamm und ganze Shrimps. Kleine aber passende Weinkarte."

"The table was reserved outside, as ordered. The drinks were well served, the service courteous and polite. An EC card payment was possible. The guest from Hamburg was also very satisfied. This was the fourth time at home with me. If the owner and service do not change, we will continue to be guests there"

"Received a very warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant was busy which was a good sign for a wet Tuesday evening. It has a stylish and contemporary feel with red, black and white décor and soft lighting. Quite an extensive menu including local specialities and seasonal dishes currently mussels and mushroom season in North Germany! only the desserts were a little lacking in choice but given the hearty portions unlikely to be a great issue. We had starters of soup then mains of steak and breast of chicken in orange and masala sauce both were tasty and the steak was delivered exactly as ordered medium/rare. As mentioned the portions were hearty and given that we had not ordered from the local 'hearty ' dishes on the menu I imagine we would have been hard pushed to finish these. With a couple of Becks (well it is Bremen), soft drink and coffee the bill came to 48euro, I would recommend and return."
