"BEWARE. I went to Blue Ridge today, when I got there there were two cars ahead of me in line. By the time I got my drinks I literally waited about 30 minutes. I ordered two peanut butter mochas that have always come with chocolate drizzle in the twoplus years I 've been going there, and neither of them had it. When I asked why they were not made the normal way, I was rudelytold this was optional. The drink is peanut butter, chocolate, and espresso but apparently 1/3 of it is optional. At this pointI had to get going with my day and didn 't have another 30 minutes for them to make my drink correctly, but when I went to drinkit it had no espresso in it!!!! I ordered both with EXTRA espresso and only one had any in it, and it barely tasted like it hadone shot much less two. The other literally had no espresso/coffee in it! So beware potential consumers, if you go here they donot care if they provide you with what you purchase. Make sure you specify all of the ingredients you want in your coffee, andreiterate that you do want coffee in it or they might just decide it 's optional."

"Took forever to get my food, which, btw, I called in beforehand. I found out by calling the store after waiting well over 30 minutes in the drive through, that my order had been well over ready and was sitting there the whole time I was waiting. I had even talked to an employee about my food and already paid and no one told me my order was ready after telling them my name in the drive through! After getting home, my food was cold and soggy with no sauce- which I had specifically specified that I wanted extra of! This is also not my first time having this experience at this establishment. Horrible communication, service, and the food was no good due to it being so cold."

"I worked here when I was a kid and it was a great place to work with really good food. I met my wife. Here for years as an adult and never as a bad meal. When I got through, I had to have a bacon picker with frits and chix strips. Of course 2 pages ranch. So good and always. You rock Bill."

"That was the Santa Fe Omelet I was served. Very disappointed for a breakfast I paid for. The bottom of the omelet was almost black. By hashbrowns for some I could actually eat. Only part of toast could eat was the middle section. All this came after 15 minutes until the waitress stopped at my table. She contacted me three times. When she finally comes to me, she tells me she didn't even know I was sitting at that table. She didn't see her again until it was time to get my bill, she fell on the table when she passed. The same as she came by and took the payment. If you are not a regular customer, I noticed that you receive little to no service from waitstaff. That's how the last three were visited. Treasures will come here and recommend."

"We were a party of 10 and they did a fabulous job as they always do. We had drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Even though they were very busy it never got too noisy and the service was great! Our server had our orders down perfect, knew who got what when everything was served and made sure we had enough to drink."
