"I have visited here a couple of times recently and have been pleasantly surprised. To be honest I had avoided the place as I remembered it from an earlier incarnation and not as it is today.<br/ <br/ The decor is pleasant enough, old coffee bean bags on the walls some artworks. The style may not appeal to all, but it is what it is. There are some comfy chairs near the entrance and then your standard cafe style tables and chairs.<br/ <br/ Both times I have been here the place was clearly frequented by a number of regular customers who were clearly known to the staff. However, I was greeted pleasantly and looked after by the staff.<br/ <br/ My experience of the food was that it is tasty, promptly served and of a good standard. There are one or two minor niggles though, butter comes in those horrid catering portion packs, a real hate of mine; further I felt the serving of banana on my porridge was somewhat niggardly and although my poached eggs were good, part of the bacon rasher was over cooked beyond the point of crispy. I will return as I want to try some of the cabinet food, the pork pasties having caught my eye."

"Loved this place! Great vibe, awesome service and way more food than you can eat. MEAT HEAVEN the salad bar is incredible too. Sooooo many choices will be back and not have so much salad so I can try a dessert lol"

"We organised the roof bar for a little memorial get together after one of our work colleagues passed away. Nothing was too much trouble for the QoJ crew. Ordered some platters of food and wedges delicious food, lovely staff and great beer. The roof bar (I think mostly open during summer months) is a great little private place for such a gathering. Thank you Queens on Jackson for looking after us for a special little gathering. Excellent all round."

"Great value for money good quality burgers with that signature smokey and nice modern atmosphere As well as great service wait time was decent at about 15 minutes for a big order of 6 burgers and 3 fries one of the fries boxs were a bit undercooked but everything else was great"

"Just a fantastic cafe to visit. I perused the cabinets which to my delight, I found the most delicious chocolate and caramel slice. Just to die for if you ask me. I would even consider giving my left arm for it. The customer service is lovely. There are 2 young boys that look like they're about 16 years old. Just the most lovely boys. They both make very delicious coffees. However, I think the girl on dining room forgot to sweep the carpet making me cringe at the lack of cleanliness. Overall, the experience was stunning and being in my late 120's it was the perfect atmosphere."

"Beautiful location and the food is delicious however very overpriced which is understandable I guess due to the nice location. I will be going back there occasionally but personally if I weigh up the food price and the cost it is not really worth it. Overall it is nice to go back occasionally as the view is incredible, friendly service and the food is ok."

"Ordered the Creamy mushroom medley with a side of bacon, which I enjoyed. Only negative was the bacon was slightly over cooked. Customer service was really nice and coffee was good."

"Dropped in to grab the Welly on a Plate Burger and was greeted by a friendly girl. She said we could sit anywhere as it was very quiet.<br/>The place was nice and had different seating areas/styles and was quite spaced out.<br/>The burger didn't take very long and the waitress took the time to explain the different elements of the burger which we really appreciated.<br/>Burger was bloody delicious! Pulled pork with maple candied bacon with whipped blue cheese in an apple glazed donut bun! So good!! Did not skip on anything!<br/>The only downside was the lack of acknowledgement for all our praises.<br/>I just want them to know that we loved it!"
