"Big selection of fresh bagels and other items like muffins and cinnamon buns. Lots of different cream cheeses and toppings you can add. The staff was beyond incredible. The staffs amazing and friendly attitude was enough to guarantee my return. The bagels were amazing as well."

"Best restaurant in Holden! We go here quite regularly, the food is always great. The nachos and flying dragon pizza are a couple of our favorite dishes. Also love the pulled pork Mac and cheese, meatball rolls, spinach dip. We have never had a bad meal! Great variety, lots of specials and great drink menu. The atmosphere is awesome as well and always has wonderful service!"

"Loved it. Took up a table for longer than we should. But three ladies who haven 't seen each other in two years. The food is always outstanding. it 's May 2022 now and we continue to go to the 122 for our breakfast meetings . The food can 't be beat!!! We have the most outstanding waitress and unfortunately can 't recall her name at this point, other than she 's young, pretty and every energetic. She has a family and recently moved. We keep going and will continue to do so. My husband has recently gone there with my grandson and daughter.....to the liking of all."

"Decent sandwich place. Usually happy with the food here. Our most recent visit was a disappointment. My wife wanted an Italian sub after our son was born and their Italian sub was a let down. They do not have a wide variety of deli meats for a sandwich shop. If you want a great italian sub, we recommend the Italian trio sub at Big Y instead if you want a real Italian curred meats. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access (ADA, requirements)"

"I called Pat's at 6:17pm on Saturday 10/2/21 to order an order of mozzarella sticks and a small pepperoni pizza. I was told due to staffing issues they could not provide the mozzarella sticks nor any other appetizer. When I arrived to pick up the pizza 20 minutes later I noticed no one sitting in the restaurant. She mentioned it was a pickup only night. As I was filling out my billing information I asked her how many people were in the kitchen tonight and she said three (a total of 4 at the store). I said that was Interesting and picked up my pizza box and walked away from the pickup window. It came clear to me as I left that there was plenty of time for these employees to provide the order if they chose to do so. There was less than 8 cars in the parking lot (probably 4 for the employees) and I was the only person at the window for pickup. Where has customer service gone? I was asking for a $7 appetizer which probably doesn't mean much to your bottom line but this is a significant management issue that needs to be addressed. I fully support small businesses and try to eat out or order out to help people and I typically tip 20% plus. Not satisfied with Pat's Pizza Holden tonight!!!"

"The location at the gas station is absolutely the worst location of Dunkin around and I'm an avid Dunkin user. I will never again place another order at this location and why should I? There is another one across town and many other locations. My husband and I like the sandwiches and I have ordered two orders of two sandwiches (4 all together) many times. This location has twice given me two sandwiches but charged me for 4. I have tried different ways to say my order to make sure that I get 4 sandwiches. The first time, I let it go. The second, discovering it when we got home, my husband wanted to eat his sandwich and did not want to get back in the car while the food was getting cold. So I ended up going back myself several hours later. The people there no longer had enough croissants to make two sandwiches and since I did not have my husband's credit card I agreed to have the cost of two sandwiches put on a gift card. I thought that they did that and they gave me the card with a receipt. Next week when I came in, they told me that the card is blank and has not been authorized. They told me that I should come back and speak with the manager who does not work on the week ends. They told me that I should have come back right away and told them about the missing sandwiches instead of waiting till I (or my husband) finish eating and drinking our breakfast. This is the last time. They got both of our coffees wrong this time too and literally told me to take my business elsewhere if I did not like it. When I asked how I could have possibly gotten a blank gift card, the woman practically accused me of steeling it. I am a HUGE Dunkin fan, just not this locations (Rte. 31 and main st. intersection)"

"Teri her crew are awesome! Their grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing. The specials are always delectable creations that highlight how a simple sandwich can be so much more. Forget trying to replicate at home (I?ve tried), it?s just not the same.Teri is super friendly and accommodating want pickles or bacon in everything? She?ll do it! I only wish she was in our areamore often!"
