"I love the ambiance of Army Navy because of its cool vibe in. I also love their burritos, burgers and house tea, definitely coming back soon to try their all day breakfast!"

"Casa De Celo is the restaurant that was built after the old classic Cafe Marcello in Imus was torn down. Really loved the old place and was sad that it was gone. Anyway, I dined here at Celo a couple of times, and those times...were OK but my latest visit, with my girlfriend on a spontaneous date at that, will probably be the last. Here's why: We arrived 6 PM, place was not even half-full, so maybe we can get our food quick. Unfortunately, it took them more than 30 minutes to bring us our food What we ordered wasn't complicated at all. It's just lechon kawali (just need to fry), steamed rice, Shrimp Gambas (put shrimp on sizzling plate with sauce), some broccoli dish with sauce (steam the brocolli, drizzle with sauce), and a couple of juice drinks. Lechon Kawali and rice took 30 minutes, gambas and broccoli took 15 minutes more. It would've been ok if the food was good. But it wasn't. The broccoli dish had good enough veggies, but it was ruined by a weird overpowering sauce that tastes of bad balsamic vinegar and topped with industrial-quality bacon bits. And that is the BEST dish of the night. The lechon kawali was cooked well, but more than half was fat. Some fat on the dish is good, but we're talking about 60-70% fat here. What's worse is that the shrimp gambas is so overcooked that the meat is sticking to the shell. The sauce was nothing to write home about, and after all it's sad that it takes 45 minutes for them to serve this. Gambas part 2, because it deserved another bullet point. We resolved to eating at least half the thing because it would be a waste if we didn't. Only to be rewarded with biting something hard like a crab shell as I eat. I understand if there's a crab item on the menu, which might explain the hard object (because, maybe the sauce for gambas might be the same as the one for the crab) but there's none. So what is that hard object. A rock? A bit of tile? And what is it doing on our food? (The rice is OK though) By the way, the waiters have this system where they use tablets to place your order. But after four attempts to follow up our orders, they apologised the same time they brought the gambas (again, 45 minutes after ordering), saying that our order wasn't reflected on their high-tech system until after our follow-ups. Wish we knew this sooner. And so we just wanted to get out of there and get the bill. Waiting for the check took another 10 minutes. Probably because they are calculating our bill on their tablets using the abacus app. And so the bill arrives, we pay with cash (including 10% service charge) and just finish up our drinks (way-too-sour-but-OK-I-can-take-it calamansi juice for me, dalandan juice for her). But for the final highlight of the night, my girlfriend ended up sipping a glass shard in her drink. Good thing she was able to catch it with her tongue before she swallowed it (and how she managed to do that without injuring her mouth might be some minor miracle of God), otherwise it'll be a medical nightmare. I ended up being embarrassed because here's my chance to showcase what's probably one of the better restaurants in my hometown, and this is what happened. The site of the old Marcello is now a funeral parlor. If Celo doesn't improve, it'll probably end up being a place for the dead too."
