"Bought a selection of items this morning, which are all very nice however the awful taste left after being served by a rude, uninterested woman behind the counter means I won't return. You shouldn't be made to feel like a nuisance or an annoyance when interacting with your staff when all I was there to do was to spend and to be honest i would have spent more had i not had this uncomfortable encounter. I understand everyone can have a bad day but this has now cost you a customer."

"Visited for a evening meal with some of my colleagues and a customer. I haven’t been to the restaurant before and was very impressed with the location and the surroundings of the venue. We sat outside as the weather was sunny. Lovely staff and in particular a young lady that I believe was fairly new? However she was extremely attentive and polite and even came out and the end of her shift to check we were ok and required anything else? Lovely touch and much appreciated. Will definitely revisit soon."

"I love this place. Coming to back to Lynn often to take my mum out we often walk the square and end up here and I have never been disappointed. It may only be small but my mum who has a large walker always manages the customers are pleasant the staff are lovely and the peanut butter slices are to die for. You also get a decent cuppa. So if its a quick lunch on the go or a nice sit down in the warm give it a go, jacket potatoes sandwiches rolls and I nice well dressed side salad but make sure you leave me a peanut butter slice many delicious cakes etc available. Well done Kings Lynn definitely a little gem in the high st"

"Visited the angel for yet another 5 star visit! As always the staff are attentive, polite and very friendly. I had the duck breast and wow wow wow, what can I say, cooked to perfection! Partner had a ribeye… medium rare of course, yet again, beautifully cooked, and the kids loved their chicken goujons with their free scoop of ice-cream! The staff are so good with the kids and gave them plenty of colouring. Upon discussion with one of the waitresses, I discovered that the Angel is undergoing a complete refurbishment come September, so it’ll be sad to see our favourite restaurant closed but we are excited to see a whole new look!"
