"I treated my family to dinner last week at this location and unfortunately the food and the service were substandard. I was glad to see two young Servers trying to earn money but it apoeared they didn't get trained very well. There was a guy and girl working together and it was the blind leading the blind. They didn't bring my water to the table so I had to ask for some water 5 times before I got a drink and then no one ever asked if I wanted a refill. They served the meals without bringing condiments to the table. They couldn't remember what went on the order, etc. I tried to be patient but it was very frustrating! The salad came with nothing but the greens and a sliver of onion with no dressing. But the final straw was the chicken that was cooked as hard as a brick and the kraft box macaroni cheese. I wouldn't be surprised if this location permanently shutdown with this type of service !"

"First Watch you have definitely gone Posh and peculiar.Go easy on the kale and greens. An omelette without kale and lettuce on the side would have been great. Good ole toast wider than an inch would be great too.And WHY, just WHY are posting calories on your kid’s menu?! No need to spread disordered eating habits especially in children."

"I usually love coming here on my lunch breaks because the food is amazing and especially the wait staff. Today I sent one $2.00 crepe back that I ordered with my country skillet, because it was tough and not filled with cream cheese frosting. Fast forward me paying for my meal I noticed it was still on my bill and asked could it be taken off by my lovely waitress, and she tells me that the manager said that it couldn’t be because she made it herself and nothing was wrong with it. Clearly I ordered it and did not like it, I’ve gotten this same crepe several times before and I know what it should’ve tasted like (not rubbery, hard to cut, and lacking filling). I’m a regular, but not anymore, a $2 crepe should never cost you a customer, maybe cooking lessons, but not a customer. Also, next time a customer requests for something to be taken off of their bill, because of a meal you made them that they did not like, treat them with the same respect as you yourself would expect if you went out and were spending your money—as a manager those are the fundamentals of “managing”."
