"First time visit to this cafe and I was very impressed with the beautful interior decor, design and the food. Great menu selection and all so tasty. The coffee and smoothies were good too. I had the avo on toast with fried halloumi and bacon probably the best version I've ever tasted. Another person had the brioche french toast with poached pears, which looked amazing. The staff seemed friendly enough. Very yummy looking baked goods too. Would definitely go back there."

"I daily have a coffee at Gov 's. I have been doing so for the past 2 years and have been going there for over 20 years as I work around there. A lot of things have changed but the team there now are really polished, the coffee nice and hot and the service has that personal touch which is missing from a lot of places. All walks of life come in there and you can really relax. The scones and toasted cheese rolls are my favorite but all their food is nice. Its just a really cool Kiwi place and you feel 'at home ' and not rushed out the door."

"Really good service serving great toasties that are value for money as the portions are just nice for lunch. Had the Hawaiian and Ham and Cheese which were crispy and have generous amount of cheese. The warm cumin dhal soup is thick with delicious ingredients and goes well with the toasties. Definitely a place to return to."

"Amazing Service and incredible food. They even put aside my favourite Dagwood sandwich so I don't miss out. Very efficient even when times are busy. Highly recommended, best sauasge rolls and sandwiches in town !"

"Spot on hot chicken with peri peri chips. Great service and inviting ambience. Not sure why bacon is in the menu as many Muslims don't eat at places that might claim halal food but has pork products at premises. Bad decision team Visited for a late lunch on Saturday. Store very dirty, tables with plates and stuff left by previous diners. Toilets diabolical. Food overcooked, chicken very stringy clearly showing it was left on grill for too long. Large chips served in a small bowl. Garlic bread was good. Complained to the manager and he was not interested. This place is going down big time."
