"Pretty terrible experience. Stopped in on a Friday night and before even saying hello, the server told us the kitchen was closed. We said that was fine and we'd like to order drinks and asked about the karaoke that was listed on the website. We were told that it was winter (contrary to the warm weather and all the tourists walking around town in shorts and t shirts), then she just walked away without taking our drink order. We ended up leaving and going to the Silver Eagle where the bartender was also pretty surly but at least not outright hostile. Who hurt these people?"

"We went to Gold Belt spur of the moment while in Ouray on our anniversary and were on the fence due to reviews we read but this place DELIVERED. Dave Mensch was playing live music and his sound drew us in. He can be found at Gold Belt often when he's not elsewhere in Colorado and the Four Corners states. We bought a CD of his and received a free shot glass for tipping. We sat at Gold Belt a bit late in the evening and they were hopping with customers and yet we received amazing service. The staff was friendly and we will definitely be back! Don't let the reviews sway you! Just remember we can all be a bit more patient with each other ; Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"A tourist party of 4, all really big chefs and enjoy eating good food. with which is said this place is delicious and the most friendly staff I have ever met! only breakfast place around, but not crazy! I had the eier benedikt and they were fired! I added her homemade hot sauce and I'm sure I did it! mexicana here, so you know that I know my soce and that was perfect on my bennies! when they read this, they leave an evaluation, small business like this really appreciate the little ones. would like to taste their evening dinner, but there is more reason to come again another time."

"Ouray Colorado didn't disappoint with the views or the food. This restaurant was delicious! We sat outside by the fire and it was such a nice evening! The Brussels sprouts were amazing and my wife loved the dessert she ordered. My only Caveat is that it's pretty pricey. But the food and views were good so we were fine with it. The service was also solid so if you're in town this is good dinner spot!"

"My husband and I stopped for lunch today. He had the Elvis burger and said it was awesome. They did not skimp on the toppings. (Much better than the burger at Maggie's kitchen we tried earlier in the week and although it was ordered medium it came out very rare. The burger was well cooked and juicy and the fries were cooked fresh! I had the turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich on rye. It comes with fresh sprouts! All the toppings and bread on our sandwich and burger were very fresh. We also tried a donut which he heated up for us. It was excellent!! Sorry we shared one we each should have had our own donut as it was very fresh and tasty. We are going back tomorrow for breakfast and two donuts. The deli was also VERY clean."

"It's accidentally stopped. I have a few sausages that boiled amazingly, and the Elch Summer sausage is great. The prices were very reasonable. Even got some advice as I cure my own bacon, amazing shop with large employees / owners"
