"Honestly, this is the best Carls Jr. Ive EVER was!! There's a little closer to me at home, but if I know this is open, I'll definitely go a bit further! These people not only get your order right, they are going right about in their customer service! You all deserve an increase!!! Even the managers are sweet!! If you want a good service and nice people to serve you, go here!! Btw, they don't serve anything I know they have the ingredients, and the young man and his manager said he came back and surprised me that I said they would do it for me!! Soooo Freakin sweet!! "This place was fine. Made an order for breakfast. We have a burger with onion rings and an Italian omelet. The burger was a 7/10, but these onion rings were actually perfect. Honestly, if I had just ordered the onion ring, I would have given 5/5. They were crispy and crispy and not too much bread, and you could still taste the onion in there. 10/10 for the rings. but there was more. The other thing we ordered was the Omelet with potatoes. Nothing wrong with the potatoes, they were seasoned and well cooked 8/10. On the other hand, that Omelet was not beautiful at all... Sausages were dry and seasoned, the cheese under it was gritty and tasteless, the tomato sauce on the egg was strange, and the American cheese to top it was just so out of place. So the egg seemed to be good first. My fist bite was small, tasted like an egg I would cook at home. My second bite was a bit bigger, thought to me, 'that could use some salt and pepper' then I took another bite. *Crunch * I bit in an eggshell... I'm just a 28-year-old man, not the oldest or wisest, but I never have an egg in a restaurant in my life. Surely the place had people in it, but it wasn't the busiest restaurant in the world, or California, or even in Poway. I stabbed on a large piece of egg shell. Instantan was filled with grits. It was almost as if I put the face first on the beach, someone screamed at me!! I'm trying to suck as much sand as possible. The feeling was terrible! If you're ever stuck in eggshells, you know it's hard to get everything out of your mouth. I tried and tried. But for my life, I just couldn't get it out. I washed my mouth with water, but when I came back to finish my potatoes... *CRUNCH CRUNCH* I think I'll get back from the order all egg related from any restaurant because of this. Great disappointment. The toast was pretty good. I'd give him a 2.6/5. So lean on 3/5, that's what I gave"

"We?ve been residents of Poway for decades and pass by this plaza many times. Can?t believe Giant Pizza has been here for 5 years and this was our first time! We now found a new pizza joint! We saw their weekly coupon in the mail and decided to order 20? The Works $21.99) and Spaghetti with sauce $9.99). I was in shocked how the good the spaghetti sauce was, I was addicted and couldn?t stop picking. It was very tomatoey and you can taste the fresh basil. It came with a side of salad and bread. We added pineapple to our pizza. Next time, we will downsize to 16? for two people instead of 20?. The pizza had all the toppings scattered evenly ham, black olives, red onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage and mozzarella."

"Don't send them back. the waiter will come and get a fight when they do. my wife margarita was too sweet for her, so I tried, and yes, it was sweet above the tip. then I tried my mother and it was better. When I asked the waitress to take it back, one of the waiters (the tattooed guy) comes by and began to argue with me that the margarita was in order. flat out said I was wrong and that it wasn't too sweet. I asked him if he had made it. he didn't. I asked him if he tasted it. he didn't. then I asked him if it was possible that the person who made the margarita had too much mix in this. he said: no, it is not possible. they? all have done the same?. instead of just taking the drink back and refunding our money, he decided to argue with us before the whole restaurant and to call my wife and I a liar without ever really knowing if the drink was too sweet. as far as eating is concerned, this was my third visit, because my parents like to come here. the first time the garnelen burrito had so much white that I could not eat it. the second time I ordered what I thought was a safe bet the fajitas, but they were bland and tasteless. this time I ordered carne asada tacos and they were not too bad. the flesh was still dirty, but with the guacamole and salsa, not bad; but too many other good Mexican choices to treat with rude waiter and marginal food. never comes back here."
