"They are so friendly I felt like I’d made a mate within minutes. Top quality food delicious range of ingredients, it was hard to choose. I went for a breakfast cob. Normally, I avoid sausages (you never know what you’re gonna get), but...this sausage, egg bacon one was perfect. Every mouthful a joy. The bacon nice thin crispy, the bread light great texture. Coffee was lush I had a slice of lemon cake too. Just tasted perfect none of the food was too heavy or stodgy I felt pleasantly full, not stuffed still wasn’t hungry hours later! If I lived closer, I’d be there all the time "

"I liked it here, I’ve been before many years ago and it’s had a massive overhaul, no more pink fluffy slippers and mixed grills. I liked it, staff were spot on, menu was good, the owners have a few pubs selling gastro foods, ticked the boxes.Wasn’t mega posh, but a huge step up from the Wetherspoons.Steak was tasty, needs more local produce though."

"Beautiful place ran by beautiful care staff members! when we arrived this afternoon a coffee afternoon, (for me of course) with my mum-tub boy, we enjoyed our visit very much, the ladies were very chatting, could not do enough for us! they use real tee leaves that I always find hard to come in most caffes, the coffee mama assures me that I will return their food very delicious too!"

"This is a great little cafe. There a few outdoor tables but only one of them has an umbrella. The quality of the coffee was really high and it was piping hot. You will need for the order. And you will need another 20p to use the adjoining toilets. I love that the cafe is shouting about the fact that it is now possible to enjoy their products outdoors too maybe someone needs to be Alfresco through Google Translate!"

"Wanted to try this place for a while. Travelled from Nottingham for visit and worth the drive. Prawn Cocktail with slight chilli heat was Devine. Roast Turkey dinner was pipping hot and tasted amazing. Left feeling so full I don’t think I will eat for a week! Lovely log fire burning, staff were outstanding and attentive. Would love a pub restaurant like this on my doorstep! We will be back for sure!!! Price per person: £50–60"
