"What a great disappointment. My wife ordered a burger with light sauce. She used napkins to wipe most of it off. I asked for a small burger with lettuce, tomatoes, catsup and onions. I got a burger that was missing a tomato and lettuce. It had one thin onion. As near as I can figure it was a joke burger that may have been left over from April Fool's Day. My wife talked with them. There were no apologies, no 25 cents off next time, no nothing. We usually take food back once we discover issues but it's usually not worth the trouble. Just take our business elsewhere. Their attitudes matter though."

"This location is far too small and cramped for the number of customers, with only a few feet between the doors and the first (and often only) working till. Even with only three items on the extended breakfast menu we still ended up with the wrong items because they didn't have any everything-croissant and despite going over it three times could not figure out how to use cheese croissants instead and refused to correct the mistake when asked. Might be better outside of peek hours but you are probably better off trying the Tim's on the other side of the highway. Parking: The parking lot is small but not usually too crowded, however the access is a pretty active side road and is right next to the drive thru access. Wheelchair accessibility: While the restaurant is handicap accessible and has the required parking spaces it is very cramped inside even when it isn't crowded."

"Went to Restaurant and waited at the counter as it said please wait to be seated. A Local came in a gave me a menu and told me to take a seat anywhere I wanted. Waited another 15 minutes before anybody waited on me. Ordered my meal and coffee at the same time. They came over an apologized for how long it took. My meal arrived but had no fork or knife. I ate my toast and a waitress started to approach me and I was going to ask for fork and knife and before I had time she turn away and went the other direction. I waited another five minutes and nobody returned so I got up and left."

"After driving into town to find I missed the start time on my yoga class, I decided to treat myself to some brekkie. I had plenty of time (it was supposed to be a 2 hourclass after all)! so I went to Kim's Cafe. I have been there before, the food is always good, but the service, at least in the past, has been hit and miss and if there is more than 1-2 people it often takes a very long time to get your food. This time I got the happy waitress and my food, while still prepared to order, came in a timely manner. I had my favourite, the Fruit Infusion French Toast, made with gluten-free bread that is actually worth eating. There were fresh blackberries, strawberries and blueberries with real whipped cream and powdered sugar-just enough but not too much. It came with 2 fresh plums (1 purple, 1 golden) and an orange slice. I had ordered a side of hash browns too. They were made with fresh, tiny potatoes, cooked then crisped just right. No frozen anything on this meal! The bill comes with a homemade cookie, which they swapped out for a gluten-free one when I verified it would be ok for me to eat. I recommend eating here, but leave yourself extra time just in case it's a slow service day. Oh, and if you are looking for unique homestyle food-check out the daily specials, the other day it was hamburger macaroni soup!"
