"This afternoon, November 18, by mistake I made a mistake forgetting to remove certain things in my burgers, they then changed them for me without hesitation while they were in the middle of a rush and were very helpful knowing that it was entirely my error ! A BIG THANK-YOU ! Concerning the welcome, it is always top notch, the service is unique. Employees are attentive to customer requests. Thank you and your professionalism. "After runnig 1,5 hours up the hills, we where hungry and thursty. The restaurant looked nice in beautiful suroundings. The kitchen was not open, but they haved salats, cakes and coffe, Opening hours was 09:00 16:30 and we where there 10:15 but no hot meals. when we should pay for the salar, they only exepted cash and there was no sign telling us this. We had just creditcard, and after a lot of rude behaviour from the manager, she told us we where a big problem and made a stressful situation for her. We suggest that we could pay by netbank when we where back at the hotel in Vals. We also showed her our room key.End of story was that we had to leave one of our cell phones and would get it back when we came with cash. The salat was ok and we did eat outside in the sun with great music and fantstic view,"

"What a great discovery! We hesitated for a long time between the hotels in Vals les Bains, and in the end we made the right choice. Barely through the door, we felt good and relaxed thanks to your smiles. The hotel is tastefully renovated, the rooms are spacious and we appreciated the elevator to take our luggage up. No false note on cleanliness, the location is ideal for strolling through your magnificent thermal village! A stone's throw from the park, we were able to have lunch under the Valsois sun before going to enjoy the thermal baths. Having spent our career in sales, we can say that you have everything to succeed, it is a real pleasure to see motivated young people. We will not hesitate to come back in April on sunny days, Thank you again for your contribution to our spa stay and that is priceless. thank you MR DUMAS"
