"We were there on a Sat and thought we could have lunch but was unaware that they only do breakfast. That was perfectly fine as it was one of the best meals I have ever had!! They were packed and possibly shortstaffed. The staff was great about being upfront on how long the wait on food would be and kept our drinks full. It was my first time there and everyone raves about it. Now I know why amd can rave about it too!"

"We arrived for lunch and had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be seated. At the time there were only two tables occupied and that should have been a clue that at lunch time they weren’t busy. After taking our drink order, it took forever for the waitress to take our order, and then twice as long to get our food. Approximately 20ish minutes or so. The appetizers came out at the same time as our food, and again we were 1/3 tables. My boneless wings were very over cooked, with the breading tasting like burned oil and the meat was dry and chewy. I had to use my knife to hack pieces off. I could only muster a couple pieces of the five piece. Our waitress never checked back with us, and only stopped by when it was time to give us our check. My drink had been empty since about the time we got our food and we never refilled. It’s been a long time since I’ve had this bad of service. I’d rate 0/5 if I could."

"I make an effort to drive to this Hornbacher's as opposed to going to any of the 3 that're closer to me. Larger store. Larger selection. Cleaner. Consistently has items I buy in stock. (Can't say the same for the other stores closer)"
