"If I could give this zero stars I would. This place it the most ghetto Wendy 's on all of Tucson. The staff are rude and snarky. Stopped here after going to the fair. Was told they had no ice but I could go next door to the Chevron. Also they were out of all sauces except sweet and sour and the soda bar was a mess no ketchup in the container but all over the counter though. When I left to go around since the gate between the 2 was closed, I was locked out. The manager went behind me and locked me out. Had to knock several times before she let me back in and told me the door can not be left unlocked. Got let back in, tried going to get ice, some other worker told me he didn 't know why the manager told me I could get ice over, the rolled his eyes shrugged his shoulders and walked away arguing with me when I said the manager told me I could. When I was able to finally get ice I tried to tell the dude at Chevron thank you he as well muttered under his breath, and laughed with the other ride dude. If it wasn 't for my son and his friend being so hungry from the fair I would of demanded my money back and went somewhere else. Even when I was standing at the counter waiting and making sure the workers didn 't do anything to my food, the rude worker asked what do you want now never ever come back here again and will spread over all social media to stay away. Not good Wendy 's, need to do better and retain your night shift."

"Worst speed of service I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant! Over 20 minutes wait to get my food which the manager says is normal for lunchtime with 3 other customers. I used to work fast food management and to me, that is unacceptable. The only reason I came into Wendy's was because the bus I was waiting for broke down and I had a 25 minute wait till the next one. I was right in front of Wendy's and my kids were thirsty so I figured we could be quick and grab something to go. Little did that the next bus would arrive before my food did. The chicken sandwich was thrown together with a sliver of lettuce and fell apart on the first bite. The chicken nuggets were unevenly cooked, some almost looked burnt and some were undercooked. The fries were squishy but at least tasted good. I just don't understand how it takes twenty minutes to make a burger, four nuggets, and a fry with a whole kitchen full of people.Employees kept asking over and over what order they were supposed to be working on, many were standing around talking, they kept having to recheck orders and fix them, nobody had any speed or motivation to them. The manager walked around the lobby on the phone while everyone was waiting for their food. Honestly, the worst service I've ever experienced. Like if you don't want to work there, find a different job. Wendy's needs to restaff this entire location"
