"I love filling up on the food here. It’s pretty generic in flavor. However there is a great variety of choices to make when dining here. Seating can be packed at different hours. It’s pretty quick in terms of time from order to eating. Portions are pretty fair. I always love a burger or the wings! They also have some fun challenges for people who truly want to test the limits of stomach capacity. If in the Cleveland Circle area, definitely check this spot out!"

"If you value customer service do not go here. The people who work here are very rude and have no customer care skills. I was never greeted when I arrived. The boy at the desk did not speak to me once. He took his time with bagging my things and never acknowledged my presence then handed me my food without even a thank you or have a great day. I ordered again the next day, this time delivery, and my driver ALSO said the boy at the desk was very rude. I did not receive the items I ordered, instead they gave me things I did not order. My food was cold. Just a whole mess. I really wanted to love this place because they make good food but I will not be a returning customer. Also, the location is very difficult to find."

"My girlfriend lived in Italy for a time in her childhood, and the minute we walked in she was so excited because this place has all the brands and staples she remembers from her time in Italy. So gets full points for authenticity, truly feels like a little bit of Italy on the UES. Add to that delicious sandwiches with generous portions and a surprisingly good bacon egg and cheese for breakfast, plus a super friendly owner who introduced us to our now-favorite sandwiches, it's the whole package"
