"What a cute donut shop! My girlfriend was craving some donuts at the end of a long day, and to our pleasant surprise this shop was open 24 hours right up the street from where we were staying. The woman working there was incredibly nice, and even threw in an extra small donut for us! They offered a little bit of everything on their menu, from donuts to muffins to croissants to breakfast sandwiches and more! I was really surprised by the range of things they had to offer, and the quality was definitely above average for a quick desert pick up! Worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood and are craving something quick, cheap, and good!"

"The bagels and cream cheese are awesome, the vegan cream cheese is so much better than tofutti and I was so stoked so find a place that makes their own vegan cream cheese but the customer service really blows. I asked about a difference in price on the menu to what I got charged for (I got charged more than the in person and online menu listed) and I was told, “the price you got charged is correct.” The lady was very sharp and rude despite my being incredibly polite and non-confrontational about it. I wasn’t even sure how to respond because usually when a mistake is made, whether that be how much I got charged or the price that was listed, my expectation is that the employees are at the very least respectful and apologetic? She was absolutely annoyed that I brought it up and didn’t offer any sort of sympathy or attempt to make it right despite verbally recognizing that my receipt did not reflect the menu. The only other words that she muttered coldly were, “we’ll change it.” In reference to the menu, not my charge. The bagels, but particularly the cream cheese, are expensive. I would go often despite the price if this wasn’t my first experience, but I don’t think I will feel comfortable paying that much to be spoken to disrespectfully for literally no reason lol. I was seriously very kind and gentle about it, I work in customer service and I’m very cautious about the way I speak to others at their place of work and I was met with a bitter attitude and left with less money than I expected."

"We went through the drive thru. I gave the cashier my husband's phone to get points on the app. He said it was too late. He did that way too fast, before I even gave him my debit card. Because I yelled to give me my card back, (I meant reverse it) he told me to get help. What a rude jerk."
