"Good coffee, but the service and food quality has gone down a lot recently. The breakfast sandwiches are now more pre-packaged and bland tasting and seem pre-made rather than freshly prepared to order like they used to. They also discontinued one of the best breakfast sandwiches they had called the Farmhouse. Current bagel selections are very limited and the ones they have seem cheaply prepared. An example of this is the Asiago bagel which barely gets a light dusting of cheese these days. I 've included a picture of the barely cheesed bagel. They also toss the bagels in a bag vs. in a box for the bakers dozen."
