"We love to eat at Einstein Bagels, however, this place flipped me over when we went on 02/28/24. I worked in healthcare and I know what is dirty. It's a very dirty place to begin with. I went to the bathroom while my husband placed our orders. Everything was dirty, including the tables, the coffee counter, and the garbage can. Urine by the bathroom sink. Also, I noticed that the person who was preparing the bagels wasn't wearing gloves. The woman at the register was busy with her phone and we ended up getting just cream cheese and lox. My husband said that he ordered bagels with everything including tomatoes and capers that were missing. While eating that nonsense, I noticed that the lady at the register was recording us. I walked towards her and asked her why she was recording us. She quickly lowered her phone and showed me that she was surfing something else. I would never hire such individuals who don't give a damn about the cleanliness and use their phones during work hours. Please educate your employees about cleanliness and courtesy. Tell them not to record your customers before you face a lawsuit."
