"The first time I tried this local bagel spot and I was super happy with my experience! The service was excellent, seemed to be a nice clean environment and the most important, the Bagel Sandwich was absolutely delicious. I felt the prices were very fair. Come on!"

"This is the best bagel breakfast sandwich that I?ve found in AZ! You can tell their bagels are made fresh, they take pride in their bagels and want to provide the best and fastest service For you get your food. I arrived on a Saturday around 10am and there was already a line out the door and into the parking lot. From the time I went and stood in line till the time I got my food was about 30min. Not too bad until you see everyone who ordered after you getting theirfood. There is an option to order ahead, I believe you just call with your order then when it?s ready you walk in and go to the right of the counter. We both got everything bagels. There is an option to choose how you want your eggcooked, what cheese you want and of course the many options of bagels!! Note they make bagels throughout because they sell so many, so be ready to choose a different bagel of yours is not available! I cannot wait to go back and trysomething else cause this place is the best!!!"

"We went to Kaleidoscope's Gilbert location before flying back and our only regret was not coming in every day we were there. Located in a plaza with an arcade and other food stores, you cant miss Kaleidoscope. It's a clean, bright space with some high top tables and stools out front. There is also 2 dedicated parking spaces right out front for their customers.We were warmly greeted by Malia Lauren when our group walked in. The expansive menu is to your left, as soon as you enter. There are some tables and a long seating area right in front of their available bar seating. There are also bottled pressed juices towards the back of the space.Malia suggested the flu shot $11.25) as that is one of their most popular drinks. It has their flu shot juice ginger, apple, lemon, turmeric, garlic, and cayenne) plus frozen fruit mango, banana, pineapple, cherry) with coconut water. This was a great suggestion as it not only hit the spot, it has a bit of a kick due to the ginger and cayenne, that was much needed. We were for sure appreciative of her suggesting this and being super helpful to us first timers.I got a brookie $6) to-go to take on to my flight. It was delicious. It was between that or the fudge brownie. Malia mentioned that the brookie was her favorite, so we listened to her. Again, SO glad we did... Thanks Malia! "I worked here for one day and this place is so dirty in the back. There was two roaches crawling on the walls. The training they give you is horrible. I was told no gloves while serving the donuts just a tong. Completely gross. I hope all Bosa?s are not like this. They use the same glove your whole shift. She said they can not waste them. This is location at Gilbert and Williamsfield. They also have mosquitoes everywhere in the inside."

"Very long wait here. Employees move like snails, and don't seem to know what they're doing. Manager talking down to employees because he is stressed out. Bad working environment turns into a long wait to pick up food as a customer. Not worth the wait. Spend your money somewhere else."
