"This was our second brunch visit in the diner and unfortunately it was disappointing. The music was too loud to conduct a comfortable conversation and it was very hot. Our order 35 minutes later only after we asked when it would arrive. The coffee was overheated and the milk was weakened when it was added to the coffee. The food was good, but unfortunately we felt pretty short changed for the price."

"Food is always excellent and the staff are great . Problem is that now it’s very expensive isn’t it everywhere !)even to have just a beer and bowl of pasta . Will consider eating at home next time ."

"We went for lunch and were the only diners on arrival at 1245. The room was very cold: the waiter didn 't look convinced, but turned the thermostat up a little though not enough. Service was disinterested, despite the restaurant being empty. I checked online beforehand, and we were planning to choose from the 'lighter plates ' menu only to be told that it is 'only served on Thursday evenings '. I re checked when I got home: the museum website says it is served from 11am... The food itself was very good, but overall experience was disappointing we wouldn 't go back"

"This was the worst food we’ve ever had in London. We tried lots of dishes. All totally disgusting. Such a shame. Absolutely love Spanish tapas normally but couldn’t even swallow a mouthful from 2 of the dishes. Seriously atrocious. The wine was fine and that was it. The Plates were all practically full when cleared by the waitress and given that she didn’t ask how the meal was, we could only assume they already knew. Don’t waste your money here. Food is shockingly bad."

"We really enjoyed our dinner at 1901 at Andaz. The food was exquisite, with the added bonus of a surprise amuse bouche before our starter, and a surprise palate cleanser before dessert, making the 3 course set menu seem to be five courses. The service was excellent, just the right balance between being attentive, but not disturbing us too frequently. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful setting, with large domed glass roof, spectacular. Highly recommended!"
