What are the top rated restaurants in Westlake where I can eat Bagel?

"This location is consistently trash. I live closeby and resort to McDonald’s for a quick meal on a regular basis. So much so, that I’ve become familiar with the employees as they have with me… So I knew better than going to this location 8 minutes before closed on 3/15. I ordered a medium drink and a fry, trying to be conscientious of the fact that they were trying to close and I didn’t want them to have to cook anything major. I knew something was up when I paid for my food and the manager/ cashier at the time had a smile that was suspiciously happy and didn’t say you’re welcome after I said thank you for taking my money. She was smiling when she handed me my drink and food and it was the same creepy she had when she took my order. She gave me a small drink instead of the medium that I paid for. The french fries, which I had already expected (and was fine with) to have been sitting on the fryer for hours… we’re cold, but wet with a cold liquid and left a chemical burning taste on my tongue. I suspect out of spite for going to this location so close to the time they closed, they contaminated my food with cleaning chemicals. It’s been 15 minutes and the burning in my mouth is gone but my stomach isn’t right still. Should’ve just gone to Wendy’s across the street."

"Seriously; a coffee house shouldn’t be out of coffee… for hourssssss I usually go to Rocky River location; which is perfect! Yet, I meet a friend at this location; this afternoon and I am shocked! Is this a Panera cafe or someone who’s pretending to be one! Like I came mid afternoon and stayed for 4 hrs! 4 hrs no coffee! Like legit the 4 dispensers were out! The cafe wasn’t busy for not refilling it! We had to notify the team twice.. and they were “okay!” Finally as I was leaving at 7; they prepared light roast coffee that was full of coffee grounds! Hope this was an isolated incident ! Like I don’t see myself coming again to this location; but if I do; hope to get better experience and then will update my review :"

"As usual everything was amazing. The bagels are made fresh and the farmhouse sandwiches is every breakfast staple rolled into one item. I highly recommend trying this if you have not. They close at 2pm so it’s not always easy to make it there but when I can make it, we always have a good experience."
