"We were given terrible box lunches with out tour group told that we could take them here to eat if we purchased a drink. Well, I also got the most delicious fries I've ever tasted should have just gotten an entire lunch there....I even had a nice, reasonable glass of rose. The service was friendly fast, too."

"Si vous voulez dépenser beaucoup et manger très mal, vous êtes au parfait endroit.Personnel antipathique au possible15 euros dépensés pour un panini juste immangeable, un hamburger ignoble, des frites trop grasses.Passez votre chemin svp, cette sandwicherie est une pure arnaque. Mettez un peu plus cher mais surtout, n'allez pas enrichir cet attrape-touristes"

"We wanted a simple baguette and beer for lunch. We'd had fab baguettes at all boulangeries during the week and thought the standard would be the same here. Wrong! Hardly any filling, very poor standard. Server was smoking and the chip fryer was coughing all over the orders. To add insult to injury, we were overcharged (not by much, but still... and didn't realise until well down the road. Please avoid this place there must be better places in Arromanches than this outfit."

"My husband and I ate here for dinner. The soupe de poisson was more of a bisque with very little seafood in it. It tasted good but for 11€ I expected more to it. We had the casolet with scallops which was good This is...the first time I have felt like the wait staff favored the French customers over us. We ordered wine which they brought to the table without pouring or giving a taste. We also didn't get a chilling container. The table behind us brought in a dog (inside) which was not lying down and eventually started to bark. WTH?! Disappointed but the food was good."

"The location overlooking the artificial port is beautiful. We had a croque monsieur for lunch. Not something you can easily screw, but they did. Burns on one side and completely muddy on the other. Remember that it is better to look on TripAdvisor before you board."

"Nous y avons mangé une première fois lundi et ce fut excellent. C'est pourquoi nous avons décidé d'y retourner ce soir et ce fut très très décevant. Moules ultra-sèches, la sauce crémeuse de lundi est devenue une sauce à l'eau, les frites croustillantes et moelleuses à coeur sont devenues ultra cuites et sèches. Service de 19h lundi, et de 21h jeudi = produits réchauffés ou micro-ondes? La cuisine ne nous a pas donné d'explications en tout cas. Ah si : "on ne comprend pas..."Dommage que ce ne soit pas constant, car cela avait été vraiment excellent le lundi."
