"We decided to try the hideaway tearooms during a tip to town with the kids. We had been told it was good for kids but sadly this wasn’t the case there was no children’s selection on the menu or anything for them to drink and...surprisingly no high chairs for my youngest to sit in which was a pain. I had seen somewhere about the toilet here had been voted barrows cleaned toilet not sure about that, the towel in the toilet was very damp and smelt had to dry my hands on my pants would be cleaner and more hygienic to have a hand dryer or paper towels installed. They menu was ok little overpriced on some things but overall was ok but would only return next time without the kids as not ideal for them. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. We noticed they’ve don’t have a food hygiene rating yet which is unusual as been open months and told by someone in the trade that should be done within a month of opening, but we have walked pass since we went in and noticed they have a sticker in the window saying they awaiting inspection, hopefully that goes well."

"Having used this food place for a very long time, I expected the new owner to keep up the good service but sadly there was changes, like not answering the phone when I want to order, when I went down to buy they said we are not answering the phone as we are too busy. So as you imagine not happy, also the shape of the pies keep changing and not for the better"
