"Arrived for a Saturday night concert. Accepted everywhere is busy, it is nearly 6pm. No bookings required, short queue but we soon get seated. No service at all for 20 minutes. Orders taken not complicated 2 prawns as mains, 1 with sp fries; 1 minute steak rare with green beans; espresso, beer and tap water. the drinks come 5 minutes later. 10 minutes later 1 prawn dish, the green beans without main course and a side salad not ordered arrive. 5 minutes more, we call a supervisor beans cold, still 2 mains missing. He takes that away I 'll sort it . Another 5 minutes, still nothing we 've been there nearly 45 minutes. No food for 2 out of 3...but for the cold green beans. We decide to scrub this; pay for what has been delivered surely not the beans nor salad? and leave without. What is the point ? No service, no attention. The one thing they got right the supervisor tells the waitress to waive payment...for that they can have the 1. We understand the pressure of a busy evening everywhere else in o2 is the probably the same. There was enough serving staff ... but no attention and clearly the kitchen couldn 't deliver. Just not acceptable. We enjoyed the concert but I would recommend avoiding the Cafe Rouge outside the venue."

"It was very disappointing to see that they treated "white people" or English speaking people better. very obvious as they constantly check whether everything was in order, but I was never checked once when my food was in order. (I speak the same language as the owner)"

"Royal tea is small and comfortable and does something seriously delicious hot chocolate and for me that is in strange tees, the choice of lavender tee. it was full of local enjoy hot drinks and cakes."

"For the love of God, anybody that enjoys good food or Vietnamese food then please stay away from this place. HOW this place has good reviews is an absolute mystery. It is BAD. The spring rolls were pale and under cooked. Instead of being deep fried as they should these are obviously cooked in an oven and almost certainly came out of a freezer. The banh mi is dreadful. The bread almost certainly is cheap bread out of a freezer being dry and soggy and cotton wool like in texture. The pork was flabby with no flavour are seasoning. No pickled veg as is typical in a banh me. No chilli sauce or mayo as promised The veg wasn't at all fresh. I had to remove the mushy old cucumber slices. I could only eat half of this stuff. avoid this restaurant at all costs. This food is an insult to Vietnamese food and good food in general."
