"You need better management. I made a reservation and mentioned outside but when we got there no table for 6 people was ready. I personally started to set up a table before our guests arrived. What's the meaning is Reserving a table? You need to teach your mangers this. Ken our waiter was good by the way. Also you charged us extra too."

"We have reserved an outside table, but none were available. the waiting employees were difficult to understand and much repetition was necessary to place our order. two of the three meals arrived. after ten minutes we finally have our server, who said that the third order must have been lost and finally served the third meal. the food was moderate (e.g. Limp-Fries, excessive mayonnaised saucing)."
