"I've known about the place for a long time to try. The atmosphere is super friendly and interesting, the service was fast and smiling, the food was top notch delish! I had the catfish, and most places on bread it overcooked it and comes to you as a fat evil fried mess, NOT HERE! Light flaky well cooked and well seasoned with just enough bread to be crunchy. Hush puppies are usually not my thing, again because most places make them too big and then overcook them to get the center ready. Here they are slightly smaller than expected, but crisp with fantastic taste. A great beer selection with people who are well trained to tell you what is offered! Stuck around for the Sassy Brown Blues band and had a great time! Look forward to a return flight!"

"The BBQ sandwich here is amazing! I love BBQ and usually drive to Birmingham or Ttown to have Dreamland... but now I just drive right down the road and have the best BBQ I've ever had!! The loaded potato salad is amazing and different! The added ranch and bacon make it some of the best I've ever had."

"I traveled from San Diego to Birmingham Alabama and tried BBQ all the way to pierce the southern states. Blue Moon BBQ had the best tasting BBQ!! I had only Saw's BBQ the day before in Birmingham and it was really good, but Blue Moon's pig was more tasteful with good pieces a delicious bark!! Loved her sauce and chow chow also!!!"
