"The brisket sandwich was absolutely incredible (slow roasted but not smoked) and the staff were nice but the dry rub wings were too salty and the ribs were undercooked. Totally inedible. We also never received the drinks we ordered. Overall, the sandwich was worth it but didn't like the negative stuff."

"So disappointing! we had come from the city and asked for it. the pulled pork was so dry, even the BBQ sauce did not help. the ribs were dry and burned. cornbread was completely black on the bottom, burned and simply broken. no, the catering! jot order!"

"Slow service. Dried out ribs.I called ahead for a slab of ribs. When I got there they said I could wait for 1 hr for more ribs. What happened to this place? It used to be good. Cornbread all dried out. It should be called Badies. Cashier didn't get 2 1 2 slabs of ribs on our original order."

"Forget about the Montgomery Inn. I have eaten ribs in many restaurants, but Art's is by far the best! I don't know what the heck all the excitement is about Montgomery Inn, must be folks that don't know good ribs? Art's is a little cozy... nuttin fancy place busy place with a booming carry out area next door as well. Everything on the menu is delicious, but anything with their wonderful BBQ sauce on it is heaven. Best BBQ in town and we have it right in Colerain Twp..so proud!!"

"Steak and shake used to be great... The food is the same but the wait is atrocious. I waited in the drive thru and no one took my order... When I got to the window I explained this and she refused to take my order at the window and made me come in or go back through the line in the drive thru.Once inside I placed the order to a computer screen because they only have cooks and no front person or waiters and from time of entry to getting my food was 27 minutes.Chipotle is faster than this even standing in line. I'm not sure why it took so long but it's a bit ridiculous"
