"We arrived slightly early 6:35pm, for a 6:45pm booking. We did get seated pretty much immediately. From there.... it ALL went downhill. Drinks slow to arrive Jugs of water not arriving Missing items from order Basically, the worst meal I’ve ever had. We skipped deserts and currently in a restaurant in Edinburgh simply to get the deserts, coffees and drinks we wanted this side of 2025... I genuinely think it’s because we had two children with us. We were in a corner and basically forgotten about."

"Absolutely lovely place! We went to the Quick Plenty Cafe with few friends for a Scottish breakfast and we couldn't have found any better. Food was delicious (we've ordered various versions of both meat and veggie dishes . "Wonderful location in a cute part of town. I ordered the biscoff latte and the Greengrocer breakfast along with a plain scone and everything was fabulous. My boyfriend had the croque madame and he said it's one of the best things he's eaten. The best breakfast we had in Scotland! The owner is also fabulous and kind and we had a great chat. Can't wait to go back."
