"Very vegan friendly! at the entry I told them that I was vegan, they gave me the Allergen Information Brochure also to work as if something was vegan with it and so I chose a vegetarian option of the main menu then checked in the broochure that there was no eggs or milk and was vegan therefore! I had the goan veggie curry and blood orange sorbet mango sorbet for dessert! all the workers I met understand veganism and were all very nice about it! Definitiw suggest for anyone who visits the can, also I think it is a chain!"

"The food was delicious. The staff were mainly great although we did hear a comment about they didn’t book so can’t have a table, but we did book and Someone had been sat on our table. There was also a lady wandering about with a dog which I didn’t really think was appropriate around tables of people eating."

"We have eaten here several times for special occasions. Every visit it was the little things that made it special. When we went there for the first time, we took some animal masks with us (like masked ball masks) and put them on the dessert course. Angela loved it, took a photo and even got Richard and some of the other kitchen staff to see. It makes us unforgettable for them (although I think they remember a lot of their previous customers due to the personal nature of the restaurant) and every visit back they have recognized us and always a little chat. Food excellent, local and fresh. Service excellent and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Not cheap (good thing) and excellent value for money."

"We stayed at the Travelodge hotel next door for a overnight stay we went into the bar and grill for a evening meal I had a mix grill my wife had scampi and my father in law had fish and chips all 3 meals was great nice big portion sizes NOT expensive really good value for money also a big thank you to COURTNEY the young girl behind the bar she was so helpful friendly and welcoming I recommend a visit in the morning we went in for breakfast that was great to the morning staff was also friendly helpful and welcoming all in all a great value for money restaurant"

"Building and very dated inside. very short staff. the today's caller was sometimes difficult to understand and not clear which ticketflyer. as an electronic player needed a new battery subway through a game, the caller made a point to say that she got a vodka while it was sorted and actually did! strangely, her mood has improved and she could be understood a little better. chips I ordered to be reheated from earlier. not the best bingo hall in which I was"

"Great sport. eating was fantastic, trying the flat iron steak on roasted brot) staff was great. will be back! a cache to note: drinks are probably priciest in the city £6 a guinness, £40 a bottle sav blanc) but it is more of a premium sports bar vibe and part of the ihg indigo hotels above, so not be surprised."

"Delicious, freshly cooked fish for me! chips were somewhat cold, but tasteful and not too oily. scampi was beautiful and we had also a broken sausage that was covered with crispy teig and very tasty. the menu has changed from it since the last photo and is now marginally more expensive."
