"Ordered to go for the first time !! I live a block away from the hamilton ohio store . My order was pulled pork sandwich on garlic bread, cheese fries and salad . Chicken dinner with mac cheese baked beans with corn on the cob and a piece of pecan pie . Get it home . Salad was box full of lettuce , no pecan pie and sandwich wasn't on garlic bread. Call to complaine and talk to manager Mike. Conforsation started fine untill I was bit up set by his demeanor over the phone. He hung up 2 times . The third phone call was him answering as marry . Hung up again once I called him out on it . 4th call Mike was gone . Explained my frustration and made a complaint to corporate office . Waiting for a response . Food was sub par . The disclaimer says satisfaction garuntee. We shal see . Not sure I will eat here again . Sad service is like that at some places !!! ! Salad was lettuce and very dry. Chicken not too bad but dry . Sandwich was. Terrible !!!!"
