"After years of living in Melbourne and missing the cutoff, we finally made it in. So worth the wait. Came on a Friday afternoon for late lunch, a few tables there but otherwise no line!Staff was immediately so friendly and helpful and informative about the menu, and also passionate about the food and place which is so cool to see.Food is just insanely good. We got the 3 meat platter and the brisket sandwich as well as slaw, Mac, potato salads for sides. Everything was so fresh (meat quite literally cut in front of you) melt in your dang mouth.I had a small issue with my order and the staff immediately helped, righted the issue and went and above and beyond to help and make it right.1000% will be back ..a lot!"

"Extremely ghettoYou have to damn near beg the girls behind the window to order. I’m not waiting around for 25 minutes just to order a fish sandwich. Lots of favoritism to male customers, watch out if your significant other goes to eat here. After I left the window from waiting 20 minutes to order some guy just walked up and the girl ran to take his order. Just ghetto."

"Im not a "review" kind of person so dont take this one with a grain of salt. I made it a point to come here and do it. I read the previous reviews and like everyone else I value my money. I saw the menu and thought it was kind of pricey. I thought "well for this price it better be worth it". And BOYYY IT WAS! I got the Ribfeast with mac&cheese and baked beans. The ribs were A1 and not dry at all. Seasoned to perfection with sauce on the side! The baked beans were literally the besttttt I ever had from a business! Its always usually pinto beans full of bbq sauce, hard meat, nasty meat, no seasoning, discolored or straight up from a can! These were BOMB! Definitely made with love!! The green onions, the slow cooked meat, literally theyre perfect and sold me into coming back! The macaroni in my opinion wasnt the best bc it was essentially spiral noodles topped with melted cheese but that doesnt deter me a bit. Ill just get a different side next time or double baked beans lol !! I had sauce, silverware and wet wipes. It wasnt thrown together. To have a to-go order served as if you were dining in is rare. Im from north Florida and Ive been craving good bbq. Ive tried a few places and havent been satisfied but I struck gold with this place! I told my coworkers about my experience and they recommended the smoked wings. I will be dining in with my family soon. It was so good."

"Bubba's Backyard BBQ has the works when it comes to BBQ and man, it surely tastes great! This was one of the best diving experiences we ever had. After we tried a sample of all Bubba pages that were all too tasty to choose from, we finally narrowed it to four that would go with our two diners. The ribs, brisket, pulled pig and ham that we ate was absolutely amazing, and it is unlike any BBQ I previously cost; in a good way! We're from South Carolina and we know Barbecue. Bubba's Backyard BBQ has a unique family recipe taste that you can't find anywhere except in a warm, friendly place like Bubba's. Try if you are in Melbourne or just I95 on the way. Thanks Bubba for your fine staff, accommodating service and good food! Righteous, Travis Sarah"

"Came during happy hour for drinks and food. Brooklyn is an amazing server! Stayed up top of everything and made us feel very welcomed. I ordered a 1/2 cheeseburger and it came out great! Much better than I expected for 6 bucks. Almost cheaper then fast food lol. Super happy :"
