"I might have had too big of hopes for this place, since I was raised in the South, but the brisket was pretty much inedible. It almost looks as though it was cooked in the microwave and extremely bland. Probably the worst brisket I’ve ever eaten. The cornbread would have been good if the cook hadn’t stuck it right next to the meat, which seeped any moisture it had right into the cornbread, making half of it mushy and brown. Luckily I got the Mac and cheese, which was decent. The ribs were also okay. The bartender was very nice. I probably wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for authentic bbq, this didn’t make the cut."
