"I made a reservation to dine with my mom there. It was my first plan to go there. And we were heading there from downtown Toronto via Go Train. However, the Go Train delayed a bit so we ended up arriving there 20 mins late. I know we are late, but the restaurant NEVER contacted us and simply CANCELLED our reservation. Yes, directly cancelled WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO CONTACT US. And when we arrived, the server just simply said, oh we just cancelled that reservation. I made the reservation with my real phone number. So do say any excuse like we tried to contact you bla bla. No phone call no text message. Fortunately, they still have plenty of vacant tables (for sure if that is their service) and we got a table.And for the food, to be honest, it is non-tasting well at all. I am a Italian food fan and tried many Italian restaurant. I took I can very honest give them a negative feedback."
