"I had the honour to visit this facility a few days ago with my husband and children, and I can't say good things about Zupas anymore. The food is impeccable to say the least the chickens Enchilada soup rivaled my grandmother, who is a feat in itself. The servers and buyers were friendly, even going to supplement my hair. I recommend this store to ANYONE looking for amazing food and an even better experience."

"We update for a second visit back because the cake is so delicious. they actually have milk. it is not in the menu. I asked the personal if they had milk, they said yes, it is simply not on the menu. the cake was just as amazing this time and the milk was ice cold. a friend with us said that the proud pie goouod is! original review proud pie was great! a great selection of amazing cakes! we had the orange dreamsicle cheesecake, it was as good as it sounds. the cocose cream pie was as good as I can remember. large, light and smooth made this delicious cake a masterpiece. only one missing. milk. they have a large selection of hot coffee and cold coffee, cold drinks, limes and juices, but no milk. these sweet rich cakes need some cold milk to wash it. but proud pie is still amazing. I would highly recommend and hope to return!"

"Fantastic customer support! days, emily and dalton we are so friendly and careful, even if I have been just a few times to go a quick job all there makes me welcome and supervised. I have always loved eating cafe zupas and it is just as high quality here if not even more. I recommend to all and hope that they can continue to offer such a wonderful service and eating"

"A year or more ago I would have rated Zupas 5 stars, BUT recently they have been cutting portions sizes AND charging more. See image for the over arching analogy of what is happening(they have never cut a strawberry before). Their quality and service has also decreased. Zupas is not a “go to” place for my family to eat anymore, unfortunately."

"Disappointed. Online ordered by app. Curbside Service. Waited 5 minutes past promised time even after checking the arrival of app. 4 dinner in the restaurant, 3-4 workers behind the counter and manager at the ordering station. No customers are waiting. I went in, not mad, and I said I was waiting for my order outside. Manager does not even say sorry, cries over the dining room to one of the employees to check after my order and I have to go to get it. Eating was fine. It won't go back soon."

"Cafe Zupas is a family lover! I ordered the avocado crab melt with a Thai noodle salad, my husband got BBQ salad with soup and the children's dishes were chicken strips and Wisconsin cauliflower soup. Everything is always delicious! There was no line when we were around approx. 6 a.m. arrived and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had them leave the noodles from my salad and add extra Thai peanut sauce because it is amazing (but also quite spicy for those who do not love spices). We will visit again!"
