"Don 't drive by this unassuming gem!! Thoroughly tasty food is just one reason to go here. You walk in to what seems a restaurant that has been converted to yet another restaurant, complete with Ceremonial attire in the front showcase. The Veggie combo plate (vegan is a massive collection on a silver platter, covered with 6 tasty scoops of deliciousness--from the lentils to the daal to the greens--all atop delicious injera sponge bread (which is more like an airy spongey savory crepe used as the utensil you then eat. But what we found most captivating was the warm, welcoming heart of our server (and cook? .we spilled a drink that seemed to multiply on the way down to the table. It covered the table and the floor. The server so very graciously cleaned up our mess, and said, Don 't even worry about it. Have a happy evening. And enjoy yourselves! She was so kind and made us feel right at home--the way mom would have taken care of us and made us feel welcomed and special. Just the kind of Saturday night experience I can always use more of--one in which I leave feeling full and wonderfully satisfied with a brimming heart, too. Thank you so much!"
