"Fort Lauderdale Greek Bakery to Homemade Vegan Entrees This family owned and operated Greek Restaurant , Bakery and Deli is one of my favorite places to have lunch in Fort Lauderdale when I can get here. It's located right on U.S.1 just South of Commercial Blvd. The only thing to know is that the hours of operation are early, not late and they're not opened every day so check their hours of operation before going there. If I were someone who worked in this area I would be eating here every day. I enjoy their homemade soups, variety of vegetarian entrees and the best greek pastries you can buy. This food is made with love and attention to authentic details. I'm a fan of food with spinach like their Spanikopita. This review is making me hungry."

"Beyond a doubt, the service in this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life!! The restaurant charges 19% service for all tables, despite size of the party- our party was two! We never saw our waiter beyond the first 10 minutes. He never checked us once. Our main course was cold. We ordered an after dinner drink and it took 20 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice, so we didn't complain because we weren't in a hurry. The waiter could have cared less, since he knew he was getting the 19% gratuity-it was not on the menu."
