"Customer service is the worst in Rome. Incredibly rude. How does a Krystal?s never have Krystals??? Constantly 10-30 min wait. However the food is busting. Maybe try hiring more people with higher wages to encourage better work morale and environment. They?re clearly understaffed and agitated."

"Your bartender recognized us as first-timers at your establishment, walked us through the ordering options, and ended up being our server. The pork platters were excellent, as were the skillet corn, red beans and rice, mac and cheese, baked beans, and the cornbread. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert, but we'll try not to make that mistake next time."
