"C 'mon man! This Tropical Smoothie location used to be my go to lunch spot. Unfortunately the service has been terrible for months now. I order through the app, and on my last few visits my order was not ready on time... nor was it ready 10 minutes later... nor was I given any explanation as to when I might expect it. On each occasion I had to remind one of the staff about my order after walk-in customers came and went with their food. Today was the last straw, there were only 3 staff working at 4:30pm and no leader among them. Several customers were waiting for food and the staff seemed to be doing everything possible to avoid eye contact or verbal communication with us. Fifteen minutes after my pickup time my salad was out but not my smoothie. It turned out the cashier had overlooked or misplaced the smoothie order. For some reason they keep the smoothie orders with the cashier and put the food orders around the corner. This is not the first time this system has failed me. I had to leave my food (and unmade smoothie) and ask for a refund since I had places to be. If this post sounds hangry it 's because I am."
