"This restaurant may be a bit of a difficult find for someone who is not familiar with the area, but it is well worth the search. It is safely nestled in the hills of Guebwiller and can be accessed by a narrow, bumpy road not designed for those who come in sports cars. Menu has ample choice of Alsatian and general French fare. We have been to this restaurant multiple times and will be sure to return in the future. My personal favorite is the breaded trout with fries (made in the same manner as carpes frites ...no bones and delicious). My husband is a picky eater and yet he has always found something that he 's been happy with! Service is excellent the staff are extremely friendly. Not only that but they are happy to help recommend something to suit your individual taste. A terraced outside seating area has proven to be a popular addition when the weather is fine."
