Perfect for breakfast or lunch, this is vegetarian heaven for a Westerner! Serves: Overnight Oats, Smoothie Bowls, Buddha Bowls, Salads, Avocado Toast, Tofu Scramble, FRESH Juices, Coffee/Americano, etc. Cafe is also not too far from Old Town. They do have a few meat options, maybe 1 or 2. Eggs, also. Ellie is so welcoming compassionate! This became my go-to for weekend breakfasts."

"- this jewel hides a gate of the Japanese bridge. I have the classic hanoi noodle dish, the black was so tender and tasteful. my favorite was the steamballs with pork and lite fried wax fried eggs. the banana flower salad with garnel and pork - also one of the best dishes I still had in vietnam. couple with a delicious glass white dalat wine"
